Steering wheel, seats, dashboard, door panels: PS Sattlerei from Bergkamen refines the entire cockpit at VANME—using Nappa leather, Alcantara, carbon, and hand-stitched quilting. This allows the color and material concept of the living area to extend all the way to the driver’s seat. All original functions are preserved, and no TÜV registration is required.

Rear carriers, bike lifts, underride guards: Kreavans from Weissach im Tal builds a modular attachment system for Sprinter, Crafter, TGE, and Ducato under the DSRT brand. The centerpiece is the rear carrier system with an 11-hole mount, which can be combined with an aluminum storage box, spare wheel holder, and a gas-pressure bike lift for up to four bikes. VANME handles consulting, sales, and installation.

A converted Sprinter carries 600 to 900 kg more than the delivery van for which its standard chassis was built. 4×4 Proyect from Zaragoza—a certified Bilstein Offroad Expert Center—develops three chassis lines for this: ADVANCE, EXPEDITION, and PRERUNNER, featuring Bilstein dampers, Eibach springs, and up to 50 mm of lift. Tested in Baja California and Morocco. We decide which line fits your camper based on the conversion weight and travel destination.

In the off-road business since 1980, with the founder’s Dakar experience: Delta 4×4 from Pfaffenhofen an der Glonn supplies us with rims with up to 1,800 kg wheel load, their own Loder AT#1 all-season tires, PIAA lighting, front bars, rear ladders with spare wheel carriers, and winches—every part comes with a certificate or ABE. The most common combination at VANME: Klassik_B in Matte Black on Loder AT#1.

Seats are safety-critical components in a camper. That is why we have been an official installation partner of Hermann Schnierle GmbH from Gersthofen since 2018: seating systems such as SL3, VanX, and RelaX, as well as aluminum system floors with airline rails, all tested according to ECE R-14 and R-16—in their own accredited test facility. The seat, base, and floor are certified as a single unit, which significantly simplifies the individual acceptance process.

A second sleeping level without sacrificing a single centimeter of floor space: With pop-up roofs and high roofs from SCA, we expand the living and sleeping space of our campers upwards—insulated, weatherproof, and integrated into the vehicle’s lines so they don’t look like add-ons. Available for all common panel vans, also as a retrofit.

The Twin Monotube Projekt brand comes from Hauenstein in the Palatinate: rims and chassis developed exclusively for vans and panel vans. For our Sprinter projects, we regularly install the AT-HD rims in 8.5×18 inches with a 1,400 kg wheel load and an interchangeable protection ring—manufactured by the same German producer that supplies Porsche and BMW. Chassis are created in collaboration with Bilstein, Eibach, and Koni.

Factory headlights are made for illuminated city streets, not for a forest path in Norway at midnight. Strands from Sweden has been building LED vehicle lighting exclusively since 2002: Siberia light bars, the ultra-slim Firefly series, Nuuk headlights for tight installation positions, and the FOR9T design line—with ECE approval and a three-year warranty. We plan the lighting concept during the design phase and provide the data sheets for the TÜV registration.

Lighting, heating, air conditioning, power management, and safety functions—all via a touch panel or the app. The smart home system from Revotion GmbH in Düsseldorf was specifically developed for camping vehicles. At VANME, we integrate it directly into new builds or retrofit it into existing vehicles.
