With the Van in Black, VANME has created a campervan that combines understatement and design at the highest level.
The name says it all: a consistent combination of dark surfaces and horizontal real wood elements characterizes the interior – noble, warm and powerful at the same time.
The basis is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a length of 7 meters, headroom in the interior and a permissible total mass of 3.5 tons. Despite its generous amount of space, the conversion offers a payload of 350 kilograms – a perfect balance between lightness and comfort.
Powered by rear-wheel drive and equipped with all-terrain tires from BF Goodrich, the van is ready for any terrain – from the city center to coastal roads. In the rear, a large lengthways bed ensures restful nights, while the Schnierle system floor flexibly grows with the needs of a growing family.
The design is characterized by flowing shapes: horizontal curves and all-round, veneered surfaces of the wall units merge with the real wood ceiling to form a harmonious unit. The result is a room that not only looks larger, but also feels larger – clear, elegant and full of character.
