Also der Entschluss Camper zu werden. Was nicht ganz so trivial ist. Nach langen Recherchen, Messebesuchen u.v.m. war klar, ich brauche Individualit\u00e4t. Das fing mit der Fahrzeugauswahl und Ausstattung an und schnell stand fest, ich m\u00f6chte auch einen individuellen Ausbau. Schlie\u00dflich wollte ich meine Urlaube und mein Rentendasein auch nach meinen Vorstellungen genie\u00dfen.<br \/>\nBei meiner Recherche zum Wohnmobilausstatter stie\u00df ich auf VanMe. Bei einigen anderen war ich bereits vorstellig geworden. Die hatten wenig Bock oder machten sich nicht mal die M\u00fche, mir ein Angebot zu schicken.<br \/>\nAnders bei VanMe! Mit dem ersten Termin hat Max sich Zeit f\u00fcr meine W\u00fcnsche genommen, mich beraten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, die wissen, wovon sie reden. Mit der Detailplanung kam der Stein dann endg\u00fcltig ins Rollen und mit der versp\u00e4teten Fahrzeugauslieferung dann auch endlich der Ausbau. Und dann war Mr. Big endlich fertig.<br \/>\nDie hochwertigen Materialien und Verarbeitung haben ihn zu einem echten Schmuckst\u00fcck gemacht. Die Crew ist der Hammer. Alle mega nett und sympathisch. Und auch die bl\u00f6desten Fragen werden ruhig und sachlich beantwortet.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Fahrzeug\u00fcbergabe hat sich Arne mit tollen Erkl\u00e4rungen richig Zeit genommen. Es hat Spa\u00df gemacht mit euch Jungs u. M\u00e4del. Besser geht nicht.<br \/>\nEin kleiner gro\u00dfer Wermutstropfen bleibt. Individualit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t hat seinen Preis. Nach nunmehr zweieinhalb Jahren intensiver Nutzung unseres \u201eDicken\u201c geben wir an dieser Stelle gerne unsere Erfahrungen preis (aus eigener Erfahrung wissen wir, wie hilfreich auch mal eine Kundenr\u00fcckmeldung ist, die auf Erfahrungen einer mehrj\u00e4hrigen Nutzung des gekauften Produktes basiert):<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&#8211; Der M\u00f6belbau ist erstklassige Arbeit und zeigt auch nach \u00fcber 40.000 km Fahrstrecke (auch viele Schotter- und Offroadstrecken) keinerlei Schwachpunkte und Erm\u00fcdungserscheinungen.<br \/>\nIm Gegensatz zu unseren fr\u00fcheren Leihmobilen aus dem Standardbau (P\u00f6ssl, Chausson, Karmann etc.) ist der Ausbau in unserem Van eine ganz andere Liga in Sachen Qualit\u00e4t und Haltbarkeit.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&#8211; Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es bei einem komplexen Van-Ausbau hier und da mal vereinzelt Anlass zu einer Reklamation. Auch hier hat sich der erste Eindruck aus der Bauphase des Vans best\u00e4tigt. Max, Arne und ihr Team standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Reklamationssachverhalte wurde gemeinsam er\u00f6rtert und sehr professionell im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen besprochen und gel\u00f6st.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n-Im Laufe der Nutzung stellten wir doch fest, dass es hier und da einige Dinge gab, die unseren individuellen Lebensgewohnheiten besser entsprechen k\u00f6nnten (da kann man mit noch so viel WoMo-Erfahrung im Vorfeld noch so gut planen &#8230; etwas zu verbessern gibt es hinterher immer!). Hier fanden wir mit Max und Arne zwei sehr erfahrene Wohnmobilisten, die unsere Anregungen super aufgenommen, erg\u00e4nzt und umgesetzt haben.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&#8211; Inzwischen haben wir auch noch einige substanzielle Dinge nachr\u00fcsten lassen wie z.B. Solarpanels, einen zweiten Longsleeper und noch einiges mehr. Auch hier waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung und Ausf\u00fchrung der Arbeiten.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&#8211; Die Kosten: Nat\u00fcrlich findet man nach intensiver Internetrecherche Firmen, die m\u00f6glicherweise Einzelgewerke g\u00fcnstiger anbieten.<br \/>\nWir aus unserer pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrung k\u00f6nnen jedoch sagen, dass die Preise zur gebotenen Qualit\u00e4t sowie auch dem gebotenen Service \u00fcberaus angemessen sind.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNicht ohne Grund nahmen wir f\u00fcr alle nach dem Kauf get\u00e4tigten Umbauten und Umr\u00fcstungen eine Wegstrecke von \u00fcber 350 sollte so bleiben, weil bei Google nichts \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wird (Fake-Rezi&#8217;s). Aber bei VanMe MUSS ich eine Ausnahme machen. Denn ohne VanMe k\u00f6nnten wir unseren Kasten noch immer nicht nutzen. Der enorm hohe Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch beim Kastenwagenausbau dieser Firma und ja, auch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft zwingen mich regelrecht dazu dies hier zu schreiben. Es war f\u00fcr uns ein Gl\u00fccksfall die Manufaktur VanMe gefunden zu haben, wenn auch leider zu sp\u00e4t f\u00fcr uns. H\u00e4tten wir diese Firma fr\u00fcher entdeckt, w\u00e4re uns viel erspart geblieben, denn wir h\u00e4tten uns bei VanMe einen Kasten gekauft und nicht von der Stange. Unser Wagen stand mehrfach zur Reparatur beim H\u00e4ndler, einmal sogar mehr als 3 Monate, aber er stand dort nur, nichts wurde gemacht, der eklatante Falscheinbau des K\u00fcchenblock blieb bestehen. Notgedrungen habe ich mich quer durch Deutschland telefoniert, doch niemand war bereit uns zu helfen (laufendes Gerichtsverfahren)! VanMe hatte den Mut sich dem Problem zu stellen und vor allem aber die ben\u00f6tigten F\u00e4higkeiten unser Fzg endlich f\u00fcr uns nutzbar zu machen. Nur eine knappe Woche in den H\u00e4nden des VanMe Teams reichte aus und endlich k\u00f6nnen wir den K\u00fcchenblock verwenden, die Schubl\u00e4den lassen sich herausziehen, die Soft-Close Funktion funktioniert nun. Vor allem k\u00f6nnen wir uns jetzt w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt unterhalten und das Navi verstehen, es herrscht dort nun herrliche Ruhe, w\u00e4hrend es zuvor derma\u00dfen schepperte und klapperte, dass die unertr\u00e4glichen Klapperger\u00e4usche uns jede Fahrt mit dem Wagen vermiesten. Nun bleiben die Schubl\u00e4den sogar in Kurven geschlossen. Wozu unser H\u00e4ndler nicht f\u00e4hig war, wurde dort wo handwerkliches K\u00f6nnen fasziniert, unser Problem scheinbar einfach gel\u00f6st, indem der hauseigene Tischler alles richtete. Wir konnten mehrfach aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he die krassen Unterschiede im Ausbau bewundern. Hier stimmt nicht nur die Qualit\u00e4t der Materialien sondern auch die der Ausf\u00fchrung. Bei VanMe wird nichts gedankenlos einfach zusammengeklatscht wie bei unserem Kasten. Hier ist jeder der Mitarbeiter mit Herzblut dabei. Es blieb nicht bei dieser einen Hilfsaktion von VanMe, es kamen noch andere Probleme hinzu und wiederum l\u00f6ste VanMe Probleme an unserem Fzg die unser H\u00e4ndler nicht l\u00f6sen konnte oder wollte. Die Begeisterung f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit die die VanMe Leute an den Tag legen ist fesselnd, hier wird mit Akribie gewerkelt, bis man wirklich zufrieden ist und der hohe VanMe-Standard erreicht wurde. So werden bei VanMe zB die Klebstoffe (vor allem auch die die man nicht gleich, oder sogar gar nicht sieht) wie beim Anbringen eines Dachfenster nicht irgendwie lieblos reingeschmiert und draufgekleckert, es ist keine \u00dcbertreibung wenn ich behaupte, hier werden solche Materialien quasi ins Fahrzeug hineingeschmeichelt. Wir haben keine unsauberen Klebew\u00fcrste, die einen sp\u00e4ter beim Reinigen des Fzg in den Wahnsinn treiben gesehen. Hier ist alles perfekt glattgezogen. Mindestens ebenso faszinierend finde ich aber auch, dass VanMe keine illusorischen Versprechungen abgibt, nur um zu verkaufen. Alle Bereiche arbeiteten bei uns perfekt miteinander, hier weiss die linke Hand, was die rechte Hand tut. Wir haben unseren Kasten hier mit vollstem Vertrauen abgegeben, auch wenn es manchmal weh getan hat, diese Unterschiede im Ausbau und die der verwendeten Materialien direkt vor Augen zu haben. freundlich, zuvorkommend und jeder Wunsch wurde uns erf\u00fcllt.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nVorab, unser Auto ist genauso geworden wie wir uns es gew\u00fcnscht und mit dem VanMeTeam geplant haben.<br \/>\nWir haben VanMe und Max im Juni 2022 f\u00fcr unseren Mercedes Vito Bj. 2020 extralang angeschrieben und ihm unsere Ideen geschickt. Daraufhin wurden wir zu einem Erstgespr\u00e4ch eingeladen und die Chemie zwischen uns hat mehr als von Anfang an gepasst.<br \/>\nAuf unsere W\u00fcnsche wurde eingegangen und zwecks unseren Zukunftpl\u00e4nen auf verschiedene Schwierigkeiten hingewiesen und wir wurden in vielen Sachen umgestimmt und das war im Nachhinein betrachtet gut so.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten von einem nicht n\u00e4her genannten Zulieferer (R***o) verschob sich das Projekt, da unser Vito auf diese eine Weise noch nicht umgebaut wurde. Nachdem Aufstelldacheinbau kamen wir zum Abschlussgespr\u00e4ch und wir sa\u00dfen zusammen mit Max, Flo, Arne und haben das Projekt in einer 3D Projektion am Computer bis ins Detail zusammen geplant. Durch die lockere und zuvorkommende Norddeutsche und teils hessiche Art haben wir uns wie ein Teil vom Team gef\u00fchlt und das hat sich auch bei der \u00dcbergabe des Fahrzeuges gezeigt. Das ganze Team hat bis zur letzten Minute daran Schwei\u00df gelassen, dass wir in unsere Flitterwochen p\u00fcnktlich starten k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWir wollten an diesem Tag gar nicht losfahren und dass das Projekt nun fertig ist und die Kommunikation dadurch weniger wird macht uns ein wenig Wehm\u00fctig.<br \/>\nMax, danke an dich und dein gesamtes Team.
